HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 14 days from the day your order is marked as delivered (based on FedEx confirmation) to decide if your purchase is the purr-fect fit!

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Returning an item is easy! Follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@catastrophy.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your item is faulty, please include clear photos or videos showing the defect.

  2. Approval Process: Once we review your request and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.

  3. Packing Your Return: Pack your item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Post Office Drop-Off: Take the package to your local post office or courier service and send it back to us using the return label. Please retain the receipt or proof of shipment until the return is processed.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund. Please note it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note:

  • For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Faulty items will have their return shipping fully covered after approval.

  • We cannot accept returns for pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING?

  • Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty, Catastrophy will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you use a tracked and insured service to safeguard against loss or damage in transit. We are not liable for items lost during return shipping and cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or store credits for missing returns.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Need a different size? No problem!

  • Contact Us: Email info@catastrophy.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for size changes only.

  • Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover shipping costs for both sending the original item back and shipping the exchanged item to you.

  • Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive the original item in its original, unused condition, we’ll dispatch the new size.

    Please Note:

    • We cannot exchange for a different product. If you prefer another item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

    • Pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

    If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll cancel it for you.

      Important:

      • Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, you may still return the item for a refund once received. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

      PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

      At Catastrophy, pre-orders are a sustainable and responsible way to produce jewellery. This method helps us avoid overproduction and ensures each piece is crafted with care. By placing a pre-order, you’re supporting conscious production practices—thank you for making this thoughtful choice!
      We understand that plans can change, so here’s what you need to know about cancelling a pre-order:
      • Cancellation Window:
        You may cancel your pre-order within 5 days of placing it. During this time, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
      • After 5 Days:
        If more than 5 days have passed, cancellations will no longer be eligible for a refund. This is because pre-orders are made specifically for you, and production begins shortly after orders are received.
      • Non-Refundable Policy:
        Pre-orders are final sale after the 5-day cancellation window. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to minimise waste and align with our commitment to sustainability.

      ADDRESS CHANGES

      Oops! Did you enter the wrong address?

      Contact us immediately at info@catastrophy.com with your order number and the correct address.

      If your package has not yet been processed, we’ll update the address for free.
      If the package has already been processed, an SGD 20 surcharge will apply to update the address.

        Please Note:

        • If the package is already in transit or delivered to the incorrect address, any additional costs to retrieve, return, or re-deliver will be the customer’s responsibility.

        ORDER MODIFICATIONS

        Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they are placed. If you need to make changes, we will cancel your order (if it hasn’t already been processed) so you can place a new one.

        COMBINING ORDERS

        Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single shipment. Each order will be processed and shipped separately.

        FORGOTTEN PROMO CODES

        Forgot to apply your promo code at checkout? No worries!

        Contact info@catastrophy.com with your order number and the promo code.
        While we can’t apply the code to your completed order, we’ll honour it by issuing a store credit for the discount value.

          REPAIRS AND CARE

          We understand that accidents happen! If your jewellery gets damaged, we’re here to help:

          • Repairs for damage caused by accidents or wear are available for a fee.

          • Treat your jewellery with care to avoid unnecessary repairs.

          WARRANTY

          We offer a 6-month warranty on all Catastrophy jewellery for manufacturing defects, including:

          • Loose stones

          • Broken clasps

          • Soldering issues

          Warranty Exclusions:

          • Damage from improper care or rough handling (e.g., frequent adjustments to bracelets or excessive opening/closing of Tribute jewellery locks).

          • Wear and tear from daily use.

          If your item is faulty within 6 months of purchase, we’ll replace it or offer store credit if the item is no longer available.
