SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 6 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey.

- Singapore: Singapore: For local deliveries within Singapore, we partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.
- International: FedEx handles all international shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. Catastrophy does not cover these fees.
If customs fees are unpaid and the package is returned to us, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical address is required for secure delivery.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
- Signatures Not Typically Required: Most deliveries do not require a signature. However, for high-value packages, FedEx may require a signature to ensure secure delivery.
- Delivery Attempts: If you’re not home when FedEx attempts to deliver your package, they may make additional delivery attempts or hold your package at the nearest FedEx facility for pickup.
UNFORESEEN DELAYS
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by events beyond our control—such as customs processing, natural disasters, or global disruptions like COVID-19—may occur.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We rely on the shipping address provided at checkout, so it’s important to double-check your details before finalising your order to ensure your package arrives safely.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@catastrophy.com with your order number.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days, sometimes even sooner. Address changes can be tricky to process and aren’t guaranteed, especially if your order has already been dispatched.
- If an address change is requested after dispatch, a SGD 20 surcharge will apply.
- If your package is already on its way or has reached your country, we may not be able to make changes. Any additional costs for retrieving, returning, or redelivering the package will be charged to the customer.
