We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

All measurements provided, including ring sizes, chain lengths, stone dimensions, pendant sizes, and other design elements, are approximate and intended as a guide. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, adding to the unique character of your jewellery.

For rings, we use US sizing standards as our primary measurement. Ring size standards vary by country, and conversions may differ. To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the diameter and circumference measurements we provide.

PRODUCT SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Catastrophy’s products are crafted from recycled 925 sterling silver, which is a naturally soft metal. Some items, such as dainty rings and cuff bracelets, require extra care. Overly frequent or forceful adjustments may cause the metal to bend, crack, or break. Please handle all jewellery with care and avoid exposing items to heavy wear or conditions that may compromise their integrity.

Certain products feature locks or clasps that are designed to be secure and durable. To maintain their functionality and longevity, we recommend minimising the opening and closing of these mechanisms. Frequent or forceful use may compromise the integrity of the locks over time.

Catastrophy’s products are not designed or intended for use by babies, young children, or animals, as they may pose choking hazards or other risks. Please ensure that these items are kept out of reach of children, and do not allow pets, including cats, to play with or handle jewellery without supervision.

Catastrophy will not be held liable for any injury, choking, or other accidents that occur as a result of improper use, handling, or lack of supervision with our products.

The Catastrophy logo is a registered trademark of Catastrophy. Unauthorised use of our trademark is strictly prohibited. PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

All prices on the website are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). If you are accessing the website from outside Singapore, a service automatically adjusts the pricing based on your location. The prices displayed may reflect your local currency based on your IP address, or you can manually select your currency by clicking the flag icon at the bottom left of the page.

DELIVERY, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

DELIVERY SERVICES

We deliver on business days (Monday to Friday) based on Singapore time. Public and bank holidays are not included in delivery estimates. Catastrophy is responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone authorised to receive them at the address provided.

UNFORESEEN DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, delays may occur due to events outside our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, strikes, or regulatory changes. In such cases, Catastrophy will not be held liable for delays in delivery. We will, however, make every effort to keep you informed and work with our shipping partners to minimise any inconvenience.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Faulty Items: Items with manufacturing defects may be returned at no extra cost.
• Exchanges: Exchanges for size adjustments are allowed, but the customer must cover both return and replacement shipping costs.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

We offer a 6-month warranty on all Catastrophy jewellery, covering manufacturing defects like loose stones, broken clasps, or faulty soldering. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, AND MISCELLANEOUS

LIMITATIONS ON OUR LIABILITY

While we strive to provide high-quality products and services, we are not responsible for:

• Unforeseeable Losses: Losses not reasonably expected at the time of order.

• Events Beyond Our Control: Delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or other external factors.
